CAKE

Acrylic on canvas board. 9 in. by 12 in.

5/31 I uploaded a new photo taken with a friend's digital SLR. The color is much better than anything I was able to get. Thanks Rowells!

Very nice painting, I would have guessed you used some kind of medium for the structure. The bird is great on the top of the cake!

Oh, yes, am I supposed to include that I used blended fibers under the paint? I did. It's a fun way to blend and work with the color.
